BYOB was first launched in January of 2021, in the midst of Covid. Picolla Tushy felt one of the things really missing from our lives was the opportunity to connect with others. To combat this void, she began holding safe and socially distanced backyard interviews with local performers, small business owners, and nonprofits as a way to connect and promote those who were hurting most from Covid and it's effects - financially, emotionally, and artistically. The series provides an opportunity to get know some of the amazing people FTLO has worked with and for throughout the years, as well as a way to laugh and have fun while feeling safe.
